A: I would recommend a healthy diet firstly, as, if you can commit to a healthy diet you will start to feel great and will want to train...in term of a training program, I would recommend a light weight and cardio program...high reps and low weight will mean you will lose body fat and your musles will tone up nicely without seeing massive growth!!! any more questions please call me on 55311101
